We believe that everyone is on a journey of spiritual growth, no matter your age.
POM Kids is our exciting ministry for children nursery age to 5th grade. We offer classes on Sundays where kids are provided with the opportunity to worship and learn biblical truths through a variety of age-appropriate lessons and activities.
Kids Choir (throughout the year) and VBS (summer) are other ministries of POM Kids.
Meet Our Team
Courtney Moyers
POM Kids Director
Courtney has led POM’s Children’s Ministry for over 10 years. She is passionate about teaching children about Jesus and creating a fun, engaging, and spiritual environment for the kids of POM. She works in education and currently serves as a 2nd grade teacher. She and her husband, Will, have two boys, Liam and Grant.
Our team of Teachers, Assistants, and Volunteers are dedicated to making every week an exciting, engaging experience where kids worship, learn about biblical truth, grow spiritually, and have fun!
We Want Your Kids To Love Church
Parents check their kids in for Children’s Church at the Welcome Desk in the Sanctuary. Children will be dismissed and escorted by our POM Kids Team to the Student Center during the Worship Service on Sundays.
After games, singing, and actions songs, children are divided by grade and head to their classrooms for age-appropriate lessons and activities.
Red Class (Nursery): Ages 0-3
Green Class: Pre-K & Kindergarten
Yellow Class: 1st & 2nd Grade
Blue Class: 3rd-5th Grade
The first Sunday of every month is Family Sunday. All children’s and youth classes remain in the Sanctuary. Nursery is still available for ages 0-4.
